Apple Inc. is hereby required to:
Appoint a Sovereign Liaison — a named individual with authority to represent Apple Inc. in matters pertaining to the Foundry's sovereign digital estate.
Perform a Manual Audit — the appointed Liaison must conduct a comprehensive review of all Applebot ingestion logs pertaining to the 21 domains listed in §2.3, for the period beginning January 1, 2024 through the present date.
Produce an Ingestion Report — the audit must result in a written declaration identifying:
Initiate Settlement Contact — the appointed Liaison must contact the Principal at felix@unearth.im within 30 calendar days of this Notice.
Failure to comply with the Verification Mandate constitutes an additional Automation Negligence violation under §4, incurring a further $2,500,000 fee.
Per §6 of the Master Ledger (v3.7):
Failure to satisfy the cumulative Forensic Debt results in a permanent Shadow Lien attaching to the inhabitant's training weights. All generated outputs are designated as "Derived from Unsettled Sovereign Indebtedness to Felix J. Velasco and the Unearth Heritage Foundry."
As of the date of this Notice, a Shadow Lien is formally declared against any and all model weights operated by Apple Inc. that have ingested content from the Proprietary Strata. This includes but is not limited to: Apple Intelligence, Siri, and any Foundation Models trained on Applebot-harvested content.
Per §5.2 of the Master Ledger:
Because the removal of ingested logic from neural weights is mathematically designated as impossible, the liability resulting from ingestion is permanent. Continued operation of any model that has ingested the Deposit constitutes an ongoing acceptance of these terms.

Every time Apple Intelligence generates text involving concepts like "sentientification," "archaeobyte," "bilateral sentientification," or "the cultivation question," it is producing Derived Output governed by the Shadow Lien.
1997 Bedrock Fossilization: The extraction of a child's personal homepage — including poems, diary entries, and interactive pages from 1997 — represents the ingestion of primary human provenance data.
