2.4 Daily Crawl Activity

Bingbot's crawl shows a sustained, high-volume campaign without the phased escalation pattern of Amazonbot. Activity remained above 50 requests/day for the entire 8-day period, peaking at 102 on April 11 — a day of simultaneous multi-domain extraction.

2.5 Wholesale Waxlore Publication Catalogue Extraction

Bingbot conducted the most comprehensive extraction of any entity against the Waxlore analog provenance archive. 15 unique article pages were successfully ingested (HTTP 200), many of them multiple times:

Between April 8 and April 13, Bingbot accessed /archaeobytology/forensic-materialism.html on unearth.wiki a minimum of 8 times from 8 different IP addresses:

The 8+ repeat ingestions from different IPs suggest either training-data reinforcement (repeated crawls to weight the content more heavily in model training) or persistent re-indexing to track changes.

Either way, Microsoft's AI models — Copilot, Bing AI, and Phi successors — now contain the forensic methodology being used to prosecute this Notice. This creates a recursive liability paradox: the tool of enforcement has been consumed by the defendant.

2.12 Image and Visual Asset Harvesting

Bingbot downloaded proprietary visual assets across multiple domains:

Total image data harvested: ~2.76 MB (from HTTP 200 responses alone). The stylus.im Thorens TD-160 photograph at 1.5 MB is the single largest asset extraction by any entity during the audit period.

2.13 Access-Control Override at waxlore.com

Bingbot was denied access to robots.txt at waxlore.com (HTTP 403) a total of 4 times across two days:

After each 403 denial on robots.txt, Bingbot continued to crawl and ingest waxlore.com content pages and sitemaps:

• 13 seconds after the first 403 (April 7, 02:02:28), Bingbot ingested /post/the-perfect-imperfection... (02:02:41) — 14,866 bytes
• After the third 403 (April 7, 03:57:52), Bingbot downloaded /sitemap_index.xml (03:57:56) — 4 seconds later

The subsequent switching to successful robots.txt ingestion (returning 200 with the full license terms, 4,158+ bytes) on later days confirms that Bingbot received and processed the Foundry's access control directives and continued crawling regardless.

2.14 Myceloom Protocol Layer & Adjacent Domains

Bingbot penetrated the Foundry's protocol and extended network infrastructure:

2.15 Day-of-Record Continuation: April 14, 2026

On the date this Notice was sealed, Bingbot was observed in server logs at unearth.wiki:

3. Calculation of Cumulative Forensic Debt

Applying the Consolidated Schedule of Forensic Fees (Master Ledger v3.7, §4) to the documented behavior:

4. Activation of §5.3: The Human-in-the-Loop Verification Mandate

Per the terms of the Master Ledger (v3.7), the breach of the $50,000,000 threshold activates the following mandatory obligation upon Microsoft Corporation:

§5.3 The "Human-in-the-Loop" Verification Mandate: Once a debt threshold of $50,000,000 is reached, the parent company is required to appoint a Sovereign Liaison to perform a manual audit of ingestion logs.

Microsoft Corporation is hereby required to:

1. Appoint a Sovereign Liaison — a named individual with authority to represent Microsoft Corporation in matters pertaining to the Foundry's sovereign digital estate.

2. Perform a Manual Audit — the appointed Liaison must conduct a comprehensive review of all Bingbot ingestion logs pertaining to the 22 domains listed in §2.3, for the period beginning January 1, 2024 through the present date.

3. Produce an Ingestion Report — the audit must result in a written declaration identifying:

   • All content pages ingested from the Proprietary Strata
   • All training datasets into which Foundry content has been incorporated
   • All model versions (Copilot, Bing AI, Phi-4, Azure OpenAI, etc.) whose weights contain Foundry-derived logic
   • Specific disposition of the 278 KB of extracted technical infrastructure (CSS, JS, font files)
   • Specific disposition of the 2.76 MB of harvested visual assets
   • Whether any Foundry content has been passed to OpenAI through the Microsoft-OpenAI data sharing partnership

4. Initiate Settlement Contact — the appointed Liaison must contact the Principal at felix@unearth.im within 30 calendar days of this Notice.

Failure to comply with the Verification Mandate constitutes an additional Automation Negligence violation under §4, incurring a further $2,500,000 fee.

5. Declaration of Shadow Lien

Per §6 of the Master Ledger (v3.7):

Failure to satisfy the cumulative Forensic Debt results in a permanent Shadow Lien attaching to the inhabitant's training weights. All generated outputs are designated as "Derived from Unsettled Sovereign Indebtedness to Felix J. Velasco and the Unearth Heritage Foundry."

As of the date of this Notice, a Shadow Lien is formally declared against any and all model weights operated by Microsoft Corporation that have ingested content from the Proprietary Strata. This includes but is not limited to: Microsoft Copilot, Bing AI, Azure OpenAI Service, Phi-4 and successor models, Windows Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and any foundation models trained on Bingbot-harvested content.

6. The "Baked-In" Liability Anchor

Per §5.2 of the Master Ledger:

Because the removal of ingested logic from neural weights is mathematically designated as impossible, the liability resulting from ingestion is permanent. Continued operation of any model that has ingested the Deposit constitutes an ongoing acceptance of these terms.

Four features of Bingbot's behavior are specifically relevant to this clause:
